FIXER UPPER. $9000 flooring allowance is being offered because all the old carpets have been removed. This has been a rent house owned by my parents since the early 1980's so has some wear and tear. It is being sold now because they went to heaven. I am not fixing it up to allow the new owners to decorate as you see fit. Your agent or I can send you copies of the inspection report, the energy audit and the structural engineer's report (slab is good) I had done to give a good idea of the condition.
