·Choose any combination (Price= # of tracts x High Bid + Buyers Premium)
·Take it all (Price = 8 x High Bid + Buyers Premium)
EXAMPLE:John Doe is the winning bidder @ $30,000 and chooses the combination of Tracts 9&10.John will pay $30,000 x 2 = $60,000 + 5% Buyers Premium for a total contract price of $63,000 for 20.86 acres.
If one or more tracts are not selected by the winning bidder, the remaining property will immediately be auctioned under the same terms and conditions until all property is under contract.Combinations must be adjoining tracts.
