With over 25 years experience in the auction industry, owners David Coleman and Tom Patterson bring a refreshing blend of integrity, innovation, and high energy to a rapidly evolving marketplace. David and Tom have been involved in selling thousands of bank foreclosures and investment properties including residential, commercial, and tracts of land.

David Coleman is a licensed auctioneer and principal broker of Texas Ranch Real Estate. David and his wife, Nicole, and son, Luke, live in Madisonville, Texas where he grew up and has extensive knowledge of the community and surrounding areas. David earned his merits at a young age working for his dad’s auction companies, and after graduating from Texas A&M University in 2000 with a degree in Agriculture Business, David has pursued a career of his own in the auction industry. David has traveled throughout the United States auctioning everything from automobiles and livestock to real estate. David’s “Customer First” attitude had helped launch several business ventures including two auto dealerships and a real estate office in addition to his productive auction career.

Tom Patterson was born and raised in Texas and earned a degree from Texas A&M University with major in Finance. Tom and his wife, Laura son, Kyle, and daughter Emme raise sport horses on their farm in Kurten, Texas. After two years as a financial service representative with MetLife, Tom obtained his auctioneer license and has been actively involved in the auction industry selling mainly real estate, automobiles, and livestock. In addition to his auction career, Tom’s other successful ventures include real estate investment and residential construction.

David and Tom are longtime friends and associates that share the same business philosophy of treating customers fairly with respect and professionalism, traits inherited from a Texas upbringing.
