How it Works?

Bids shall be made as though “Only 1” Lot is available. The winning bidder must then select one of the following choices….

· Choose lot of preference (Price = High Bid + Buyers Premium)

· Choose any combination (Price = # of lots x High Bid + Buyers Premium)

· Select Remaining Lots (Price = # Remaining x High Bid + Buyers Premium)

EXAMPLE: John Doe is the winning bidder @ $30,000 and chooses the combination of Block 1 Lot 30 & Block 1 Lot 7. John will pay $30,000 x 2 = $60,000 + 10% Buyers Premium for a total contract price of $66,000.

If one or more lots are not selected by the winning bidder, the remaining property will be re-offered under the same terms and conditions.
