Buyer's Responsibilities

1. 5% BUYERS PREMIUM or $1,500 (Whichever is greater) = Additional fee added to the final bid amount to equal the total contract price.
2. $5,000 EARNEST MONEY - Deposit to be paid by cashiers check within 24 hours from auction end date.
3. CLOSE IN 30 DAYS or risk loss of earnest money deposit.
4. NOT CONTINGENT UPON FINANCING - have financial arrangements made before bidding.
5. AS-IS/WHERE-IS - buyer assumes full responsibility as to condition and suitability.
6. ALL PLACED BIDS will be held accountable for 7 business days from auction end date for sellers approval.
7. DEFAULTING and/or fraudulent bidders are responsible for auction commissions plus collection and/or atty fees and will be reported to authorities.
