The lots will be sold via the Choice Auction Method. This means the 2 lots will be available individually or combined to the winning bidder.

How it Works?

Bids shall be made as though “Only 1” Lot is available. The winning bidder must then select one of the following choices….

· Choose lot of preference (Price = High Bid + Buyers Premium)

· Select Both (Price = 2 x High Bid + Buyers Premium)

EXAMPLE: John Doe is the winning bidder @ $50,000 and chooses to purchase both lots. John will pay $50,000 x 2 = $100,000 + 10% Buyers Premium for a total contract price of $110,000.

If only one lot is selected by the winning bidder, the remaining lot will be re-offered under the same terms and conditions.
