How it Works?

Bids shall be made as though “Only 1” 5.0946 acre tract is available. The winning bidder must then select one of the following choices….

· Choose tract of preference (Price = High Bid + Buyers Premium)

· Select Both (Price = 2 x High Bid + Buyers Premium)

EXAMPLE: John Doe is the winning bidder @ $150,000 and chooses to purchase both tracts. John will pay $150,000 x 2 = $300,000 + 10% Buyers Premium for a total contract price of $330,000.

If only one lot is selected by the winning bidder, the remaining tract will be re-offered under the same terms and conditions.
