Although Tom has traveled from Terlingua to Texarkana selling over 10,000 acres of Texas land in recent years, as a 15+ year resident of Bryan/College Station and a licensed Texas Realtor, Tom has also established himself with local clients as the Lifestyle real estate expert. Tom’s local market area includes Brazos County, Robertson County, Milam County, Burleson County, Madison County, Grimes County, Washington County, and other areas within about 100 miles of Bryan & College Station, TX.
Tom, his wife Laura, son Kyle, and daughter Emme enjoy country living on their farm in Kurten, Texas where they raise horses, grow hay, and shoot sporting clays. Tom holds a Business/Finance degree from Texas A&M University and holds the prestigious CAI (Certified Auctioneers Institute) designation, which is held by less than 5% of all auctioneers. Tom presently serves his church in College Station as Church President. Tom continues to serve as auctioneer for many charities including Scotty’s House, MCS OPAS, CASA Brazos Valley, Brazos Valley Arts Council, and multiple Christian Schools. He is a member of the Texas Auctioneers Association, National Auctioneers Association, Texas Association of Realtors, National Association of Realtors, & Bryan College Station Association of Realtors.
